Puff and Frill Dress

It's a simple Retro dress, that is puffy and has a petticoat.

It is for adult females and is found in the full body category for Everyday, Formal, and Party. It is not enabled for random.

The underside here which has a cute Maxis Match petticoat, handpainted by me!

The palette used is javabeandreams' Halloween Palette (this dress had originally been a witchy dress but it morphed into retro during the meshing process)
